1831 Commemorative Silk of the Prorogation of Parliament

Each side has the Crown and WIVR as can clearly be seen. This is flanked by the names of ministers such as Lord Brougham, Lord Russell, Lord Durham, Marquis Lansdowne, Earl Grey, Lord Holland.

The centrepiece is printed – His Majesty‘s Most Gracious Speech to Both Houses of Parliament On Friday April 22nd 1831
