First World War medals to William Thomas Jones, Welsh Regiment.

Via Flickr:1914/15 Star, British War and Victory Medals, and Silver War Badge (with papers to verify), officially impressed as issued, to 22367, Private William Thomas Jones, Welsh Regiment. William served with the 13th Battalion, Welsh Regiment, which landed in France on 2 December 1915 attached to 114 Brigade, 38th (Welsh) Division. He would have taken part in the assault on Mametz Wood in July 1916, and probably in the attack on the Pilckem Ridge the following year. Complete with copy Medal Index Card and Silver War Badge roll.
